When will my order ship?
Domestic orders typically ship 2-3 days after your order is processed. Processing usually takes about 1-2 days unless stated otherwise in product information.
REFUNDS
If my product is damaged do you offer refunds?
Yes. If your order arrives damaged we will send over a return label for item to be sent back free of charge. The refund will be processed once item is in our possession . Refund takes up to 3-10 business days to show in your account.
PENDANT AFTER CARE
My pendant chipped what can I do?
As our pendants are handmade and meant to last we do recognize that sometimes accidents happen and pendants chip. If a stone is misplaced we recommend it be placed back on with E600 glue. It can be found at your local convenience store, or amazon. Every order is provided with extra stones, if your order does not please contact us to get that sent over.
