SHIPPING
When will my order ship?

          Domestic orders are generally shipped  within 2–3 business days following the completion of processing. Processing typically requires 1–2 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.


REFUNDS
If my product is damaged do you offer refunds?

Yes. Should your order arrive damaged, we will issue a prepaid return label for the item to be returned at no cost to you. A refund will be processed once the item has been received. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. 

PENDANT AFTER CARE
My pendant chipped what can I do?

Our pendants are handcrafted and designed to be durable; however, we understand that occasional damage may occur. If a stone becomes detached, we recommend using E6000 glue to reattach it. This adhesive is widely available at convenience stores, craft retailers, and online marketplaces such as Amazon.
Each order is accompanied by additional stones. If your order did not include them, please reach out to us, and we will ensure that the extra stones are sent to you promptly.
