When will my order ship?
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing and verification. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 3–4 business days within the continental U.S.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibility for filing claims with the shipping carrier.

Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect shipping information.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not contacted within 3 hours of placing the order, the package will be shipped to the address entered.
What happens if my order ships without an apartment or unit number?
If an order has already shipped without an apartment or unit number, a re-delivery fee will be required to ship the order again.
Are you responsible for lost or delayed packages?
We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the courier.
Which carriers do you use?
Depending on your location, we ship orders via USPS or UPS.
PENDANT AFTER CARE
My pendant chipped—what can I do?
Our pendants are handcrafted and made to be durable; however, minor damage may occur with wear. If a stone becomes detached, we recommend reattaching it using E6000 glue, available at most craft stores and online.
Each order includes extra stones. If yours did not, please contact us and we’ll be happy to send replacements.
